Kevin Donaldson, host, along with Jerry Braun, of the upcoming WCPL's New York Classic has recently announced:

* the opening of Registration for the event (PBLeagues.com)
* the ability to accept payments via PayPay (make payments to Joanne@PaintballSportsNY.com)
* commitments to attend the event from The Valkyries women's team, the 95 All Stars from Germany, the New York Police Department's NYPD Finest  and the UK Predators.

When was the last time YOU got to watch Deutschlanders & Brits battle it out?  Not to mention the Amazonian bodyguards for Norse Gods taking the field against one of the country's most highly decorated police forces? 

I'll bet you never have.

Of course, you can easily rectify that lack of experience and put another "Been There, Seen That" notch in your belt by signing up for the WCPL's June 9-10-11 New York Classic event that will take place at Paintball Sports NY.

There's probably more paintball history lying under the leaves on those fields that only a handful of other locations can match:  First home of Paintball's legendary World Cup tournament.  Host pf local events that saw the first tournament attendance by the US Military Academy's at West Point Golden Knights team, host of the ASO Open tournament which led directly to the formation of the NPPL, first speedball course in the Northeast, and more.

You can still hear the echoes of games being played, even when no one else is in those woods.  This is the place that developed Radio Zone Judging, first introduced the 1-for-1 rule, first introduced team seeding based on actual tournament performance...so much of paintball has happened there I think that the air has a higher concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere than anywhere else in the country.
