WCPL Team Profile - Team Crowley
Stepping up to their first WCPL event - Team Crowley!
A great bunch of players who exhibited the true spirit of competitive paintball at the WCPL's Panhandle Paintball Classic. Captain Jason Williams responded to our questionnaire with the following:
Jason Williams:
"The team (Team Crowley) formed in 2002 when a group of friends from Southeast Missouri got together to play paintball. From 2002 to 2011 the team actively competed in tournament and scenario games across the United States. Scenarios such as Oklahoma DDAY, Tour of Duty Scenario Series and the Smakzone Paintball Series.
Tournaments such as the local Midwest series such as the SMPL, MWPL, and MSXL along with rising to the Proam division in the PSP and SPPL during the mid 2000s.
The team reformed in 2021 to play the EMPL series and then hit the NXL in 2022 winning World Cup and becoming the NXL Series Champions for D3 3v3. The team also took third place for the NXL series in the 7 man Mechanical division."

Team Crowley has previously competed in Oklahoma DDay, Tour of Duty Scenario Series, Smakzone Paintball Series, the SMPL, MWPL, and MSXL, the Proam division in the PSP and SPPL, EMPL and NXL. In 2023, Team Crowley plans to attend the NXL- D3 3v3, ICPL- 5 Man & 10Man, WCPL- 10Man, and MCL- 5 Man, including ICPL events in Mexico and the United Kingdom.
Highlights of the teams career include the PSP Chicago Open 2nd Place Proam 5Man 2005. PSP Series 2nd place Proam 5Man 2005. NXL World Cup Champions D3 3v3 2022. NXL Series Champions D3 3v3 2022. NXL Series 3rd Place 7Man Mech Div. 2022. WCPL Florida Classic, 3rd place 10Man 2023.
